Returns & Remakes Policy
A legal disclaimer
Because most of our products are custom-made (cut and/or engraved to your specifications), our policies focus on remakes and issue resolution, not traditional returns.
Refund Policy - the basics
1) Custom / Personalized Orders (No Returns)
All engraved, cut, personalized, or custom-made items are final sale once production begins.
2) Proof Approval = Customer Responsibility
If your order includes a proof/mockup, you are responsible for approving:
-
spelling, names, dates
-
sizes/dimensions
-
layout and placement
-
design/artwork
Once you approve the proof (by email, message, or written confirmation), we will produce the item exactly as approved.
3) No Refunds After Approval
Once you have approved the item/design to be engraved or cut, no refunds will be issued.
4) If We Made a Mistake (Our Error)
If there is an error that is solely our fault (not present in the approved proof and not caused by customer-provided files or instructions), we will make it right. Depending on the situation, we may:

repair the item,
-
remake the item, or
-
provide a partial/full refund up to the amount paid for that specific item (excluding setup/design fees), when a remake/repair is not reasonably possible.
5) If the Issue Is From Customer-Provided Info (Not Our Error)
We are not responsible for issues caused by:
-
incorrect spelling/details you provided,
-
incorrect measurements,
-
low-quality images,
-
files that are not production-ready,
-
errors that were present in the approved proof.
In these cases, we may offer a paid remake (if possible).
6) Customer-Supplied Items (“Bring Your Own Item”)
If you bring your own item to be engraved/cut, you accept the risk that some materials can:
-
chip, crack, warp, melt, scorch, or discolor,
-
engrave inconsistently due to coatings, finishes, or defects.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or material defects.
7) Timeframe to Report Issues
Please inspect your order upon pickup/delivery and report any issues within 5 business days. For shipped orders with visible shipping damage, contact us within 48 hours and keep all packaging.
